(BPM) Following a year-long celebration of the band's 25th anniversary, rock group Silverstein has shared a brand new music video for "Stress". The video features footage captured during the band's global 25 Years Of Noise Tour, which included multiple legs and a comprehensive, career-spanning setlist.
"I think we can all get caught up taking ourselves a little too seriously at times, so the entire goal of 'Stress' was to make the antidote," shares guitarist Paul Marc Rousseau. "Something that was simple, heavy, and kind of ridiculous. It's like 2 minutes of just smashing the reset button in your brain. It's bouncy, it's fun, it's got some funny lyrics and references baked into it which I really like and is not something we do often. When we finally started playing it live, the room just felt lighter. Everyone was having fun in the pit and on stage, and I think the footage in the video would confirm that."
Adds vocalist Shane Told: "We're so excited to finally share the official video for 'Stress.' Getting to use footage from the 25 Years of Noise tour made this one feel extra special. It perfectly captures the chaos, the connection, and pure adrenaline this song brings to the stage every night.
"Stress feels in some ways like a throwback, but at the same time it pushes us into new territory. Performing it on the biggest tour of our career really brought that full circle feeling home."
"Stress" is featured on the band's album Antibloom, the first part of their ambitious 16-song double LP released last year for their 25th anniversary. Antibloom is currently nominated for Metal/Hard Album of the Year at the 2026 JUNO Awards.
Both Antibloom and follow up album Pink Moon were conceived and recorded during a transformative stretch in the high desert of Joshua Tree. The songs on both albums were sequenced with intention, offering a distinct yet complementary listening experience. Known for their meticulous attention to flow and emotional pacing, the band crafted both halves to stand on their own while also telling a broader, interconnected story - one that ebbs and crashes like the desert winds that shaped it. The result is a bold and diverse body of work that expands Silverstein's dynamic range while staying true to their emotional core. By releasing the project in two halves, the band has given every song the room to breathe, resonate, and evolve. The moon has risen. The story continues.
