(EBM) Multi-Platinum trailblazer Brantley Gilbert returns to Country radio with "GOOD DAMN," his first single with BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville on Wheelhouse Records.
A simmering throwback that nods to the swagger and storytelling of his early days, the track finds Gilbert leaning into the style that first defined his sound. Following an exclusive world premiere yesterday on Country radio, "GOOD DAMN" is now available on all streaming platforms.
Written by Gilbert alongside Brock Berryhill, HARDY and Taylor Phillips, and produced by Gilbert and Berryhill, "GOOD DAMN" is inspired by the real-life twists in his love story with his wife of 11 years and captures the tension of running into the one who got away and realizing the spark never disappeared.
"This song hits close to home for me," shares Gilbert. "It's about a second chance and being honest in the moment. You see someone you've got a past with and realize there's still something there. Instead of overthinking it, you shoot your shot."
"GOOD DAMN" offers a first look at what's to come as he works on his highly anticipated eighth studio album. With a career built on chart-topping hits and deeply personal storytelling, Gilbert continues to evolve while staying rooted in the honesty and grit that has defined his music from the start.
The Georgia native is set to embark on festival dates this spring and summer, with additional tour dates through the fall to be announced.
