Ben Gallaher Scores A Hit With 'I'll Take You'

(QHMG) Ben Gallaher's new single, "I'll Take You," made a huge statement this week when it became the #3 Most Added Song at U.S. Country Radio (Mediabase), further amplifying Gallaher's fast-rising star status.

Gallaher's heartfelt and driving, guitar-fueled anthem earned a total of 26 out-of-the-box adds, also making it the No. 2 Most Added NEW Song at U.S. Country Radio (Mediabase) upon its official impact date (3/9). "I'll Take You" earned adds from coast-to-coast.

"Country music was built on relatable lyrics and I feel that anyone can relate to the message of 'I'll Take You,'" says Gallaher. "I'm so thankful for the early support and to have this song in the hands of my friends at country radio."

Named one of Taste of Country's "RISERS: 2026 Artists to Watch," Gallaher recently released his high-octane,13-track sophomore album, Time, to critical acclaim, with Country Swag declaring, "Ben Gallaher is ready for the spotlight" and Country Evolution proclaiming, "Ben Gallaher takes his artistry to the next level."

The lead single from the album, "I'll Take You" was recently named one of Rolling Stone's all-genre "Songs You Need to Know" as well as a Top 5 "Hear Now" track of the week by Rolling Stone's Nashville Now podcast.

In a newly published "Lyrics Uncovered" feature that reveals the story behind the single, Taste of Country describes "I'll Take You" as "a scorching country love song," lauding the rising star's "tasteful guitar licks" and "raspy, blues-influenced vocal performance."

Gallaher recently deep dived with Billboard for its "Makin' Tracks" column, detailing how "I'll Take You" was transformed in-studio from a slow-tempo, lovelorn ballad to what the outlet calls a "pulsing, good-natured take on commitment."

The track has also been named one of Holler's "Best Country Songs" and one of Country Swag's "New Country Songs You Need to Know This Week." Southbound 615 named Time its "Record of the Week" while CountryLine named Gallaher "One to Watch" upon the album's release.
