2 Lane Summer Share New Song 'Heaven Knows'

(QHMG) Soulful country-pop duo, 2 Lane Summer, released "Heaven Knows," a feel-good tempo tune about finding a partner so perfect they must have been part of God's plan.

Propelled by high-energy electric guitar, heart-pounding drums and, of course, 2 Lane Summer's trademark vocal harmonies, which Billboard has described as "bold and beautiful," the uber-positive track encourages us to believe that "Things have a way of always workin' out."

"Heaven Knows" was penned by 2 Lane Summer's Joe Hanson and Chris Ray alongside Dustin James, Tim Owens (Sugarland's Billboard No. 1 "Settlin'") and Nathan Woodard. The sunny slice of country-pop happiness was produced by Ash Bowers (Matt Stell's multi-Platinum No. 1 "Prayed for You").

"We wrote this one about finding that perfect person that you know is from God, and to celebrate that relationship," says Hanson.

"'Heaven Knows' is one of those songs where you play it in the car, you roll the windows down and you jam it out with the person you love," adds Ray.

The song's simple yet instantly memorable chorus playfully captures the elation of falling for an angel and landing on cloud nine, while also hinting at the serious philosophical concepts of destiny and divine intervention:
