(hennemusic) Ghost won the "Best Hard Rock/Metal" category at the Swedish Grammis Awards during a ceremony at Annexet in Stockholm on April 29. Ghost was named finalists in a total of six categories at the 2026 event, including "Artist of the Year", "Album of the Year", "Producer", "Songwriter" and "Lyricist."
The nominations are linked to the band's latest release, 2025's "Skeleta". Produced by Gene Walker, the project marks the follow-up to 2022's "Impera" and 2024's "Rite Here Rite Now", which captured the band over the course of a pair of sold-out shows at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles that also served as the two-night finale of the group's Re-Imperatour U.S.A. 2023.
Upon its release, the group's sixth album debuted atop multiple charts in their native Sweden, as well as several countries, including their first No. 1 on the US charts on the Billboard 200.
