The rapper made headlines last week during his New York court appearance by making offensive comments to people present for the proceedings. He went as far as calling the female prosecutor a "sperm donor".  

Last November O.D.B. was sentenced to a year in rehab and three years probation for making terrorist threats and wearing a bulletproof vest by a Los Angeles Court. 

When he returned to the rehab center drunk he violated one of the conditions of his probation and was remanded back into the custody of the Los Angeles County Jail system. He is scheduled to appear in court next month to answer for this latest incident. 

He is also facing charges in the state of New York once the Los Angeles authorities are done with him. 

So it appears that O.D.B. will be spending some time behind "bars" instead of in them.
